Fulfillment

I aim to ship all artwork within one week of purchase, although this can change depending on the size of drops of artwork. Rest assured, if there are any major delays, I’ll be in touch.

Shipping

All artwork is shipped from the U.S. and will be insured for its full value. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your piece is on its way.

Returns

I do not offer returns for artwork. Due to the custom nature of the work, all purchases are final sale. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for some reason, please contact me at mccalldraws@gmail.com and we can work something out.

Pieces do not come framed. Traditional frames always work great, but if you’re looking for a more boutique/high-end option, please feel free to reach out and I can give recommendations based on the paper type, coloring, and size.
